It is our policy to operate during inclement weather. However if the Metro West area is experiencing blizzard conditions and Natick public schools are closed, Four Paws will not be operating. We will cancel service in order to keep your pets and our walkers safe.

If service is cancelled, you will be notified immediately by a text message from your walker, Facebook posting and email.

If you need to cancel a visit, we do require a 24 hour advanced notice prior to the start of the scheduled walk. This advanced notice will allow our walkers to effectively schedule their day. In the event we do not receive this advanced notice you will be charged for the day’s visit. We do understand there will be times when this is not possible (unexpected circumstances) and therefore would like to offer a “free pass” where will you will not be charged. This “free pass” is given only once per month.
